From my first moment reaching out via text, to her flexibility of moving my appointment up a day early, to having the car I wanted already pulled up and ready for a text drive, to even acknowledging and greeting me when I got out of my old car bc she knew the car I was trading in. She paid attention to every detail. She was on top of her game. She is personable, hard working, smart and a blast to work with! I have NEVER had such a smooth car leasing/buying experience. I was in and out in less than 2.5 hours. The efficiency was astounding. Everything went smooth except for the scheduling. We rescheduled the day before the appointment and the person that answers the phone told us 10 o’clock. I get there at 10 and it was never scheduled so I had to wait three hours before my car got done. I’m 76 so that didn’t make me too happy
