Absolutely loved our experience. The sales manager, Don and our salesman Mike were great they both made everything so easy and we got one of the best deals we ever got. The very next day I told somebody how great it was and they also went there and bought a car. They told me how happy they were with the experience also. I had to add to this review I came back about a month later for small recall on my car. I couldn’t be more happy with the people here at Halleen Kia everybody very polite, so friendly. Work was done 30 minutes before I expected it. Been back several times since we bought our car ,for maintenance still having great experiences and now they have a new building / sales floor that makes it even that much better. All the employees are so friendly and the place is beautiful. We loved our last car so much. We’re back again and got another one worked again with Don and Mike. both were great. I wanted a Sorrento PHEV same as I had last time. They are so hard to find. Don searched from Chicago to Buffalo to find what I was looking for, and finally found one in Buffalo brought it back for me. Could not appreciate it more so happy with the car and with everything at Halleen Kia does.

Service is good. In and out within an hour for an oil change and cabin filter change. Main waiting area has quite a bit of echo... hall waiting area is better for those with sound sensitivity...I brought loop ear plugs and was fine in the main area.

My sales representative, Jim, was very great to work with. He was respectful of my financial limitations and helped me fine the best car within my budget

From the time I pulled into the garage until the moment I left , I felt welcomed and comfortable. The young woman who assisted me, once inside was kind and patient with me, as I can’t always hear well. This made the difference, completely. I am sorry I can’t remember her name, but she had some distinctive piercings. She really went out of her way. The waiting area has been upgraded and is quite inviting and comfortable. The space is quite new, reflecting the intent to make your visit as efficient as your service
